These Terms govern your use of WroteYou, operated by WroteYou (individual business — update with PAN-holder's legal name). By using the service you agree to them.
The service
WroteYoulets you create personalised digital “moments” and share them via a private link. A moment is delivered digitally — there is no physical product.
Your content & conduct
You retain ownership of the content you add. You confirm you have the right to use it, and you agree not to create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringes others' rights, sexualises minors, or exposes someone's private information. We use automated moderation and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
Payment
Prices are shown before payment and charged in INR via Razorpay. Optional add-ons are charged in addition to the base price. A moment is published after successful payment.
Availability
We work hard to keep WroteYouavailable but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the moment in question.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
