WroteYou provides personalised digital moments. Nothing is physically manufactured or shipped, so there are no postage, freight, customs or physical-delivery charges.
How delivery works
After Razorpay confirms that payment has been captured, your moment is published and its private shareable link appears on the confirmation screen and in your WroteYou dashboard. You can copy that link or send it to the intended recipient. Optional email delivery is an additional way of sending the same digital link; it is not physical shipping.
Delivery timing
Most paid moments are available immediately after payment verification. Bank, card-network, gateway or connectivity delays can occasionally postpone confirmation. If you were charged and the link has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact us with the Razorpay payment reference so we can verify and complete delivery.
A moment using an optional “Open when” date may be delivered before that date but remains sealed until the sender-selected time. Future-self letters are delivered according to the date chosen by their author.
Availability
Digital delivery is available wherever the service and Razorpay Checkout are lawfully accessible. Payment methods and currencies depend on the customer's location, issuing bank and Razorpay's current availability.
