Digital delivery
WroteYou sells personalised digital moments. Each moment is created for you and delivered instantly as a private link after payment — there is no physical shipment.
Cancellations
Because a moment is generated and published immediately on payment, an order generally cannot be cancelled once the moment is published.
Refunds
If you were charged but your moment failed to publish, or you were charged more than once for the same moment, email hello@wroteyou.com within 7 days with your payment reference. Verified failed or duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
As personalised digital goods, moments are otherwise non-refundable. If something looks wrong with your moment, contact us — we'll do our best to make it right.
